The Executive chairperson of Ikosi Isheri Local Council Development, Princess Samiat Bada has laid foundation of Agiliti Community Police Station.
The foundation was Laid at Awoye Open ground, Agiliti Mile area of Ikosi-isheri, Lagos on Saturday.
Samiat was ably represented by the Vice Chairman Hon. Olayinka Ogunleye at the Foundation laying event of the proposed worth of 15million Project.
A member of Lagos State House of Assembly representing Kosofe Constiuency 2, and House Chairman Committee on Central Business District, Femi Saheed who was a special guest of honour chaired the event.
Also in attendance is the Deputy leader of ikosi Isheri LCDA legislative arm: Hon Biliaminu Taelatu (Ward F Councillor), Baale Aina Segun Bajomo( Baale Aina Royal Family, Agiliti), Bishop Adeyele ( representing CAN), Deputy Commissioner of Police Mr Evans ( Representing Commissioner of police Lagos State),The Area Commander Area H Command, Mr Oke (DPO Ketu), HOD Agric & Rural Development, Ikosi-isheri LCDA – Mr. Andrew Mogoli, Asiwaju Aruna Omolajomo ( Chairman Agiliti Joint CDA), The Chief Imam, and several other community leaders
In her speech, the Council Chairman emphasised on the importance of the Project, especially during this period when our country is facing serious security challenges.
She promised to continuously collaborate with all stakeholders of the community in order to ensure safety of lives and properties.
