According to Kosofe Post findings, following the demise of Paramount ruler of Oloworo kingdom, the Oloworo of oworo, Oba Bashru Oloruntoyin Saliu Elebo 1, Onikosi of IKosi , Hrm Oba Alamu Oloyede Kehinde, who is the Paramount Ruler and the Current Chairman of the Joint Chieftaincy Committee in the Kosofe Local Government was expected to give Royal blessings to the new chiefs.

Other members of Council traditional leaders who were not consulted after the 10 Chiefs paid homepage to Onikosi of IKosi reportedly wrote a protest letter to Kosofe Local Government and head of Chieftaincy titles calling for the cancellation.
According to Kosofe Post Sources, the event will now hold on December 23 for collective royal blessings and December 25 for the official ceremony.
