The Managing Director of LGNA, Mr. Tunde Jakande in remembrance of the late Executive Chairman of Ikosi Isheri Lcda, Engr. Abdulfatai Oyesanya applauded him over developmental strides In the council area.
The completed multimillion administrative building initiated by him was said to be at 80% completion, Jakande International Fruits Market remodernization, Multiple road’s construction among others were ongoing before his sudden death on January 21, 2020.
In the short statement by Tunde Jakande to mark two years remembrance he said:
“Exactly two years today the Executive chairman of Ikosi Isheri council Hon Ayodele Abdulfatai Oyesanya passed suddenly.
“Hon Abdulfatai contributed to the social and infrastructural development of various communities in ikosi Isheri.
“He initiated laudable projects and programmes that impacted positively the lives of residents in his council area.
“He initiated the recently completed administrative block in the council. The building would create more room for offices and provide conducive work environment for workers.
“Everyone has an appointed time to exit this world. For Hon Abdulfatai his time to say goodbye came unexpectedly even though there was much still left to do.”
“Today LGNA remember you and pray your memory continue to be a blessing.”
