The two-term incumbent lawmaker representing Kosofe Federal Constituency, Honourable Rotimi Agunsoye, who seeking another term held a breakfast meeting with numerous supporters and assured residents of high-ranking legislators representing the constituency in 2023.

Following the results of ward and state delegate congresses held across Kosofe, the meeting was held on Friday morning at his Magodo residence area in Kosofe Local Government, Lagos.
In the statement he issued through his social media account on Facebook shortly after the meeting, he said: “I had a great time this morning at the breakfast meeting with my indefatigable supporters, leaders and party faithful.
“I told them that they had nothing to worry about; our work speaks for us. In the last about 7 years of our stewardship to the great people of Kosofe, we are confident that we have done more for the people than any other Federal Representative since 1999.”
He continued, “I told them to stay steadfast with our motto of politics without rancour and without violence.
“And like fine wine, a legislator who delivers on his mandate is better with time. When we return in 2023, Kosofe will benefit the most because it will be represented by a more senior legislator, which means Kosofe will have a stronger voice, and the people will benefit the most. Let’s keep the great work going. In God we trust, he added.”
