While aspirants who lost out during the recently concluded house of assembly primaries election congratulated the majority of the winners across the state’s 40 constituencies, some constituencies are yet to hold primaries elections while some outcomes have been challenged.

In Kosofe Constituency 1, the incumbent lawmaker, Hon. Sanni Ganiu Okanlawon, and his close rival, Lanre Carew, are the frontline contestants whose primary election has been rescheduled thrice and is too close to call.

In KosofeConstituency 2, according to the score sheet sighted by this medium, the incumbent lawmaker, Honourable Femi Saheed, who is seeking a second term, polled 30 votes to roundly defeat Yacoob Balogun, who scored nil.

However, reaching KosofePost revealed that Femi Saheed’s main challenger, Yacoob Balogun, has dismissed the alleged concocted result.

This medium earlier gathered that Yacoob Balogun, who enjoyed massive support from a serving House of Representatives member, the Honourable Rotimi Agunsoye, had accepted the defeat in good faith.

However, this medium further gathered that he was not leaving any stone unturned as he equally demanded for the authentic delegate list elected through Congress and a fresh primary in Kosofe Constituency 2.
