The former Governorship candidate in the state said he alleged that one Abayomi Arabambi was impersonating himself as Labour Party Publicity Secretary on Arise TV.

He claimed that he was the governorship candidate of the Labour Party for Lagos State.

Ifagbemi made these clarifications through his Twitter handle on Sunday, August 7, 2022.

The post partly read, “I am the governorship candidate of the Labour Party for Lagos State.”

Ifagbemi claimed, I have not withdrawn from being the governorship candidate of the Labour Party for Lagos State.

He added, “This disclaimer has become necessary because of the heavy traffic of calls that one Abayomi Arabambi, impersonating as Labour Party Publicity Secretary, said so on Arise TV.”
