Former Local Council Executive ABK Applauds Lagos State’s Market Trader Initiative, Calls for Enhanced Local Government Efforts

Former Executive Secretary of Ikosi Isheri Local Council Development Area Kosofe, Hon. Afolabi Kazeem Bamisile, popularly known as ABK, voiced his support for Lagos State Government’s recent market trader money initiative, urging Local Government Chairmen to intensify their efforts in meeting community needs.

Speaking at the APC Greater Kosofe strategic stakeholders meeting held at CMD, Magodo, Kosofe, ABK expressed his optimism for the success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration and commended Governor Babajide Sanwoolu’s initiative to alleviate economic hardships, particularly for traders.

While acknowledging the efforts of Local Government and Local Council Development Areas in Kosofe, ABK highlighted the prevailing economic challenges, emphasizing the importance of ensuring that government interventions reach the grassroots level. He called on Local Government Chairmen to redouble their efforts in facilitating the dissemination of federal and state government initiatives to alleviate citizens’ hardships.

Additionally, ABK urged party leaders to tackle challenges facing the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kosofe Federal constituency and surrounding areas, emphasizing the need for wisdom, knowledge, and understanding in devising solutions.
