The Kosofe Local Government Area has temporarily relocated the Ogudu Primary Health Centre to a new site to allow for ongoing renovation works at its original location.
According to a public notice issued by the council, medical services will now be delivered at the newly constructed Lagos State 80-bed Medical Facility, situated beside Emmanuel High School in Ogudu.
The development affects residents in Ogudu, Ojota, and neighboring communities who depend on the primary health centre for healthcare services. They have been urged to visit the new facility to ensure uninterrupted access to medical care during the renovation period.
Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government, Barrister Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe, assured residents that the move is a temporary measure aimed at upgrading healthcare infrastructure within the community.
For further inquiries, the public is encouraged to contact the Medical Officer of Health via 08023611015 or 08023417422.
