Notably, Jakande has pioneered the ongoing All Public Primary Schools Debate Competition in Lagos, aiming to enhance the quality of education. This groundbreaking initiative not only enables Nigerian children to compete with their global counterparts but also grants the winners an opportunity to embark on a five-day tour of the Republic of Ireland in August this year. This gesture demonstrates Jakande’s dedication to the well-being of Nigerian children and the aspirations of future generations.
“He understood the power of education as the most potent weapon that can break the vicious cycle of poverty. He deployed it innovatively through a series of LDV programs for teenagers,” remarked Abayomi.
