The coordinator of the concerned Ikorodu Division Youths, Kunle Adelabu at a press conference held on Thursday at Falcoms (Café) Lounge & Bar, Ipakodo – Ebute, Ikorodu made the demands.

The social political pressure group, C.I.D.Y also commend Governor Babajide Sanwoolu for the confirmation of Ms Bisola Olusanya in substantive capacity and the ongoing road works across Ikorodu urged contractors to intensify more actions.

In his word, Adelabu stated the issue of Kosofe and Shomolu being regarded as part of Ikorodu and people from the areas being taken Ikorodu’s slot.

He noted that they are also clamouring for inclusion of Ikorodu in the recently constituted Lagos State Local Government Service Commission ( LSLGSC), and appointment the only Ikorodu shortlisted as Rector, LASPOTECH.

Stakeholders that spoke on part of the highlighted issues include: Kunle Adelabu, Mrs Rukayat Akinpelu – Onabanjo and Mr Ahmed Aroyewun among others.
