The Ikosi Isheri Local Council Development Area Multi-million and Multipurpose Administrative office ready for Commissioning.
The project was initiated during the first tenure of the late Executive chairman of Ikosi-isheri, Engr. Abdulfatai Oyesanya.
However, the sole Administrator and Executive Secretary who took after him 2014 to 2017 couldn’t take the project to appreciable level as a result of paucity of funds according to different sources.

The second term emergence of Oyesanya’s in 2017 made him swing into action and reachout to Lagos State Government through Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs to seek for financial intervention. However, it’s unclear if state government supported the gigantic legacy project.
The building was nearly completion in 2019 when the project was inspected by our correspondents alongside the Former Leader of the House, Ikosi Isheri Lcda Legislative Arm, Hon. Usman Akani Ajibola who conducted our team round the project site.
While Speaking at the maiden public hearing of 7- Man legislative Arm , Oyesanya assured the gathering that public will be Commissioned in the first of 2020 before his sudden death.

Recent visitation to the Council area revealed the embossing building structure is ready for Commissioning by the Executive chairperson of Ikosi Isheri Lcda, Samiat. However, it’s unclear whether the building will be named after the Council Chairman Samiat late political Godfather Senator Adebayo Oshinowo and her predecessor Engr. Abdulfatai Oyesanya for the landmark project in Lagos East senatorial District.
According to this medium source the Multi-million and Multipurpose Administrative office is expected to be commissioned by Governor Babajide Sanwoolu within fourth quarter of 2021..
