The Executive Chairman of Agboyi-Ketu LCDA, Mayor Dele Oshinowo, has sent his warm greetings to Muslims in Agboyi-Ketu LCDA and beyond on the occasion of Ramadan. In a statement issued in Lagos on Thursday, Oshinowo extended his best wishes to all Muslims observing the holy month of Ramadan.

Ramadan is a significant time of increased worship, spiritual cleansing, good deeds, and acts of charity. Oshinowo acknowledged this and urged all Muslims to embrace the spirit of the holy month by spreading happiness and joy in their lives.

As Muslims around the world begin the month-long observance of fasting, prayer, and reflection, Oshinowo emphasized the importance of coming together as a community to support and uplift one another during this time.

He said, “Ramadan is a time for self-reflection, self-discipline, and self-improvement. It is a time for us to come together as a community, to support one another and to spread happiness and joy in our lives. I wish all Muslims in Agboyi-Ketu LCDA and beyond the best of this holy month.”

Mayor Oshinowo’s message of unity and support comes at a crucial time as the world continues to grapple with the effects of the Cash crunch. Ramadan is an opportunity for Muslims to come together and strengthen their bonds of community and brotherhood.
