In a show of party solidarity, Hon. Aina Olayinka Abigeal, a 2027 House of Representatives aspirant for Kosofe Federal Constituency, has congratulated Mayor Dele Oshinowo following his emergence as the All Progressives Congress (APC) flagbearer.
Speaking on Monday in an exclusive chat with KosofePost, Abigeal described the outcome of the primary election as a reflection of the democratic process within the party and expressed optimism about the APC’s chances in the forthcoming general election.

She commended Oshinowo’s victory and urged him to remain focused as he steps into the next phase of the political contest.
“I, Hon. AINA OLAYINKA ABIGEAL, celebrate with Hon. Mayor Dele Oshinowo on his victory in the primary election! Continue to walk and never stumble,” she said.
Abigeal’s message, coming shortly after the party primaries, is seen as part of early efforts to strengthen internal cohesion within the APC in Kosofe Federal Constituency as stakeholders begin to align ahead of the 2027 elections.
Her gesture underscores growing calls within the party for unity and sustained momentum following a highly competitive primary season.
